The Kent County Water Authority has several methods for you to utilize when paying your bill. All of the payment methods have no transaction fees. Need Assistance Paying Your Water Bill?
The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is Accepting Applications.

Funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, LIHWAP is available for eligible low-income households through September 30, 2023, or until funds are exhausted. Households can receive the LIHWAP grants for both drinking water and wastewater services.

Use this free service to make online payments which are automatically and securely deducted from your checking account or charged to your credit card with no transaction fee. You can setup one-time payments or automatic payments.

Pay your bill using our automated phone service.

When you call the free automated service, have your CID, Account Number, balance, and credit card available. When you complete your transaction, a confirmation number will be provided.
